Expiration Report

Control Panel > Lease Intelligence > Expiration Report

Expiration Report:

The Lease Intelligence Expiration Report graphically displays the suites, current occupancy, and other details including your property’s exposure timeline. The exposure timeline displays how much rentable square footage will be lost when leases expire.

The data is populated by uploading the CBRE Lease Abstract. As of December 18, 2014, Lease Abstract versions 9.0 – through 10.8 are supported. To learn more about how to upload the CBRE Lease Abstract, click here to watch an interactive tutorial video.
