Survey Summary

For each choice based survey question, the report shows the amount of times that tenants have responded with each answer option along with the percentage of time each answer option is selected.

For each Text based survey question, the report shows all entered answered to each question on a separate page.

Data Sorting: Survey Name, Campaign, Property, Tenant, Assigned To, Date.

Survey Trends

This report gives an annual view of survey responses as well as showing how many surveys were generated and returned each month.

For each choice based survey question, the report shows the average answer for each month, along with the percentage of surveys returned that included an answer to the question.

For each Text based survey question, the report shows the number of surveys returned that included an answer to the question for each month, along with the percentage. Responses to text based question can be viewed by clicking View under each month.

Data Sorting: Survey Name, Campaign, Property, Tenant, Assigned To, Date.
