Broadcasted Work Orders:
When a work order is assigned to a Pool, the work order details are sent out to every employee in the Pool. These are called Broadcasted Work Orders and can be found in your Tenant Request list marked with a special icon ( ).
Each employee has the option to accept or reject the work order, the same as any other. The first employee to accept the work order will be assigned to it; all other employees will have the work order retracted from their device.
