Installation:

iOS Devices


You can install the Mobile for iOS application using Apple's App Store. If you do not have an App Store account, you will need to create one. The application is free, it is not necessary to attach a payment method to your App Store account. For more information on setting up an App Store account without a payment method, click on the link below:

Note:
  • iOS 8.0 users: in order to access your camera from within the Mobile iOS application, please update to iOS 8.0.2 and ensure the application's privacy settings are set to allow camera access, as follows:
    1. Select the Settings icon.
    2. Scroll down and select Angus.
    3. On the screen that opens, select Privacy.
    4. Ensure that Camera is enabled.


Android™ Devices


You can either install the Android application using Google Play, or download and install the application using the following method:
  1. On your Android device, open a web browser and start the download by going to the following URL:

    • You can copy and paste this link below (instead of typing it manually) if you are viewing this help topic on an Android device.

  2. When the download is complete, go to your application launcher and select Downloads.

  3. Select the Mobile for Android application from the downloads list to begin installing.
    • If you receive an "Install Blocked" error, press Settings, select Unknown Sources and press Ok. Then return to the Downloads application and try again.



  4. Press Install. Once the installation process is complete, the application will appear in your application launcher.
