Notification Types:
Announcements: These are used to communicate information that will be of general interest to tenants and/or employees (such as promotions or changes in service), and can only be sent by email. Announcement templates can be created using an HTML editor that contains a variety of formatting options commonly found in standard word processing software such as Microsoft Word.
Emergency Notifications: These are more urgent and should be used to communicate messages that need to reach users more rapidly. Emergency Notifications can be sent via email, SMS, and Voice (automated calls).
Note:
- Emergency Notifications may incur additional usage fees. This notification type is an optional feature and may not be enabled for your company; contact Axis Support if you would like to enable this feature.
- It is important to maintain accurate contact information to ensure users receive these notifications effectively.
