Stacking Report

Control Panel > Lease Intelligence > Stacking Report

Stacking Report:

The Lease Intelligence Stacking Report graphically displays the property’s suites and current occupancy status. From here, the building staff can view a lease summary, options, and Right of First Offer (ROFO). Other details may be viewed, such as:

Total Lease Square Footage
Total Occupied Square Footage
Total Vacancy Square Footage
Common Space Square Footage
Total Building Square Footage

The data is populated by uploading the CBRE Lease Abstract. As of December 18, 2014, Lease Abstract versions 9.0 – through 10.8 are supported. To learn more about how to upload the CBRE Lease Abstract, click here to watch an interactive tutorial video.
