Lease Intelligence:
Lease Intelligence is a forecasting tool for property managers and owners. It enables managers and management staff to record and track tenant data such as rent rolls, recurring billing, operational expenses and tenant rollouts. The tool provides 2 key reports at this time – The Stacking Report (auto-generated from lease abstract data) and an Expiration Report that displays exposure timelines and rent rollout information in future years. Amongst other useful analytics are some key graphs that depict usage of rentable square footage in a given building and their corresponding base rent increase/decrease over the past years and in future years. An easy data import module allows current Lease Abstracts (versions 9.0 and later) to be imported directly into the Lease Intelligence database so hours of manual data entry can be saved.
