Visitor Security Lists:

Visitor Security Lists

Visitors are displayed on three separate lists depending on the visitor's status and whether they are part of a group:

Visitor Security Lists Description
Expected List
  • The Expected list displays visitors who have not yet arrived.
  • Users can see expected visitors for the previous day, current day or up to thirty days in the future.
Arrived List
  • The Arrived list displays visitors that have arrived (checked in) and have not left yet (checked out).
  • Users will be able to see the arrived visitors for the current or previous day.
Groups List
  • The Groups list displays expected visits that have more than one visitor.
  • Each group entry is represented by the primary visitor; this is the visitor that was entered in first for the group.
  • A group entry is removed from the list once all visitors belonging to the group have been checked in.
  • Users can see group visits for the previous day, current day, or up to thirty days in the future.
