Deleting a Forwarding Rule

Control Panel > Setup > Work Order Routing > Forwarding Tab

Deleting a Forwarding Rule:

Go to Control Panel > Setup > Work Order Routing.

Under the Forwarding tab, select the rule you would like to remove, then click on Delete. A confirmation window will open.

Click on Yes to delete the rule.
