About Distribution List:

Distribution Lists are groups of Tenant and/or Non-Tenant Users that you define and use in the Message Blaster (as illustrated below). Distribution Lists can be created according to Property, Building, Tenant, User Group, Name, Email, User Group String, and/or Emergency Contact Settings.
